The Ultimate Acai Bowl Recipe With Powder

Ingredients:

  • 2 heaped tsps of BOMBA AÇAÍ POWDER

  • 1/2 a large frozen banana 

  • Handful of frozen berries

  • 1/2 cup of kefir, coconut milk, coconut water, yoghurt or almond milk

  • 2 heaped tsps of vanilla powder

  • 2 tsps of chia seeds

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1-3 drops of stevia to taste

Directions:

  1. Into a blender chop up the frozen banana into smaller pieces. Add berries, BOMBA AÇAÍ POWDER, protein, cinnamon, chia seeds and finish with adding your chosen liquid on top.

  2. Blend ingredients until combined into a thick frozen whip and use a spatula to pour into your finest bowl. You may need to stop at least once to move the ingredients around to assist with blending.

  3. Christen your acai bowl with your favourite toppings.

Optional Toppings:

  • swirls or globs of peanut butter

  • granola

  • raw or toasted nuts and seeds (almonds, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, macadamias, peppitas, sunflower seeds, etc)

  • dehydrated buckwheat groats

  • chia seeds

  • goji berries

  • coconut flakes or shredded

  • bee pollen

  • Himalayan sea salt

  • cacao nibs

  • slices of fruits like banana, kiwi, berries, etc
